Kenyt.AI is looking for talented and competitive Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. Our ideal candidate has experience prospecting, qualifying, pitching value proposition and setting up sales appointments. You must be comfortable handling inbound/outbound calls to reach out to prospects on communication & Digital platforms, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and pushing the deals.
Objectives:
- Identify business opportunities by online research and identifying prospects.
- Talking to the client’s senior management and pitching the product to them.
- Developing sales strategies to meet sales targets/quotas.
- Selling cutting-edge SaaS software product in India and abroad.
Responsibilities:
- Research new prospects and generate interest through e-mailers and cold calling.
- Pitch/sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships.
- Clearly communicating Kenyts value propositions to prospects and learning about their needs to see if theres a good fit.
- Act as the subject matter expert on Kenyt’s product offerings.
- Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email.
- Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for product demonstrations.
- Reaching out to leads captured and nurtured by the Marketing Team to book demonstrations.
- Support marketing team during branding and lead generation events.
- Providing feedback to Marketing Team regarding quality of marketing-sourced leads.
- Closely working with field sales team for closures.
- Providing support to Account Executive team as needed.
- Be consistently hitting quota and helping strategize on effective outbound plays.
- Update CRM software on existing prospects and customers contacts.
- Prepare reports by collecting and summarizing information.
Requirements:
- Experience – 1-6 years
- Education: Graduate

Skills:
Bachelors Degree
1+ year of successful experience as an SDR, preferably in the software industry
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
Follow qualification process for opportunities generated and close deals.
Meet or exceed Monthly Activity, Opportunity and Revenue targets.
Desire and ability to learn our product, it’s positioning and value proposition.
Provide regular update on opportunities created and activity levels.
Proven and effective use of core sales tools: Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google Apps
