1. Please navigate to https://www.kenyt.ai/ and click on Sign up at the top right.
2. You will be redirected to https://www.kenyt.ai/dashboard/auth/register
Please fill in all the details as shown in the image below and click on Register.
3. Please navigate to Campaigns from the Left-hand side panel
4. Click on Channel Setup and then click on Configure Now for WhatsApp Provider as shown in the image below
5. Once you enter Configure Now, please add your official/organization Email ID, Organization Name, and Phone number that is to be used for the WhatsApp campaigns.
Please tick the checkboxes to proceed and click on Connect.
A reference is shared on the right hand side for your guidance.
6. An OTP will be triggered to the shared Email ID. Please enter the OTP and click on Verify OTP. Reference images below –
7. Once OTP verification is successful, click on ‘Connect with Facebook’ and then ‘Continue with Facebook’.
8. Please select the Facebook account and click on ‘Get Started’
9. Please select the Facebook Business Manager and fill in other details as shown below
10. Click on ’Next’ to create a new WhatsApp Business Account.
11. Enter your business account details and click on ‘Next’.
12. Enter your phone number, and choose a verification method.
13. Please enter the OTP/attend the call. To complete the verification press ‘Next’.
14. Please click on ‘Finish’ to complete the process.
15. Select the WhatsApp Business ID and click on ‘Confirm’. Your WhatsApp Business Account has been created successfully.
16. It will take a couple of minutes to set the App docket, and once done please click on ‘Go Live’. The details will be populated as shown in the image below –
