Step 1:
PATH : Dashboard –> Campaigns –> sequences –> + Sequence
Create a sequence and add the details like sequence name and then choose the sequence type as Quick send
Step 2:
Choose the Fixed date option in Execution schedules, then pick the Date from the calendar and the Time from the Hour tab drop-down.
In case, a sequence is to be launched right away, please select the “immediate” option from the drop-down menu.
Next, choose the template from the Actions drop-down menu, leaving the Condition for scheduling tab empty.
Once the information has been filled out, click Add schedule and Save.
2. How to Disable or Deactivate the campaign which is scheduled?
NOTE: We cannot disable the execution which is scheduled immediately and which has been ongoing for at least 15 mins. However, it is possible to disable the sequence within 15 mins of launching the sequence. It is also possible to disable the sequence that is planned for the following day or a certain day by following the below mentioned process.
Step 1: From the tab Execution type, open the sequence and choose the Disable Execution option.
Step 2: Next, choose “Inactive” as the status and press “Save.”
