The Kenyt Dashboard provides comprehensive insights into the delivery status of messages through the Analytics section. Additionally, you can check the detailed status of each message for individual subscribers in the Send Activity section. Follow the steps below to identify and analyze the reason for failed messages in your WhatsApp campaigns:
1. Log in to the Kenyt Dashboard and select the Campaigns tab from the left-hand panel.
2. Click on the ‘Send Activity’ button located in the top menu.
3. Select the desired sequence from the dropdown menu and apply the relevant date filter.
4. Scroll horizontally to the far right of the table. Here, you can view the delivery status of each message, categorized as Read, Replied, Delivered, Created, or Failed.
5. To view the reason for a failed message, click on the ‘Details’ button located next to the message in the same row.
- At the bottom of the details section, you will see the reason for the failure.
