Customers may cancel their subscription or service at any time by providing written notice via email to support@kenyt.ai
Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period.
For free trial users, subscriptions will automatically convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial period ends.
Refunds are considered under the following conditions:
If the service was not activated or accessed after payment.
If there was a billing error resulting in an incorrect charge.
If a cancellation request was made within the eligible refund window.
Services that have been used or accessed.
One-time setup fees, implementation fees, or custom development work.
Any third-party service fees or integrations incurred.
Cancellations made after the renewal date.
Refund requests must be submitted via email to finance@kenyt.ai with transaction details and reasons for the refund request.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
