1. Subscription and Service Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription or service at any time by providing written notice via email to support@kenyt.ai

Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period.

For free trial users, subscriptions will automatically convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial period ends.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

If the service was not activated or accessed after payment.

If there was a billing error resulting in an incorrect charge.
