1. The number to be used for the campaigns should not be linked to WhatsApp on a handheld device. It should be a normal SIM number.
2. If that number already exists on WhatsApp on a handheld device, we need to navigate to Settings > Delete the account on the WhatsApp application.
3. If that number is linked to any other vendor, please request your vendor to disable the 2-factor authentication or 2FA.
4. In the last step of the setup, an OTP will be triggered to the number via text message or phone call. Please keep the SIM active at that moment.
Tier Limits –
1. If Facebook Business Manager is Unverified –
The Tier limit to send messages will be at 250 messages/24 hrs.

2. If Facebook Business Manager (FB BM) is Verified –
In the beginning, Meta allows us to broadcast 1000 messages/24 hrs and subsequently, the tier limit increases to 10k/24 hrs and 100k/24 hrs based on campaign performance and user engagement.
