How to Export Conversation Reports from the Dashboard

1. Log in to the Kenyt Dashboard, click on the left-hand panel and select the Conversations  tab.   

2. Click on the “Download Report” button from the top menu. Here is the direct link to navigate.

3. Select the date filter and apply the preferred date range for which you want to export the report.

4. Click on the “Download Report” button or enter your email address in the box below to receive the report directly via email.

Pls note: While trying to download reports for a longer duration, an error message may be thrown by the system if the data is huge. In such cases, the report will be emailed by the system automatically to your email ID within 10 mins.
