How do I add a new department and assign agents to a department?

Follow these steps to add a new department and assign agents. 

• Log in to the Kenyt dashboard and Navigate to Service.
• Click on Departments and then select +Department.
• Enter the department name and assign the department members from the existing team members.
• Click Add Department.

Note that agents can be assigned to multiple departments.
